Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zanis Tech Inc. This policy outlines how to return products and request refunds or exchanges.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• The item is in the same condition as when received

To initiate a return, contact contact@zanis.io with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of refund approval. If approved:

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Processing may take 7–10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to request an exchange, contact us with proof such as photos of the issue.

Important Notes

• Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
• We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet policy criteria
