Return and Refund Policy

At Zanis Tech Inc., we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• To initiate a return, contact us at contact@zanis.io with your order number and details of your return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at contact@zanis.io.
